With more than twenty-five years of litigation and appellate experience, earlier service as a trial court staff attorney, and leadership within The Florida Bar, she works to move complex matters toward practical resolution while respecting party self-determination and counsel’s advisory role.

Family Mediation

Matters include divorce and annulment, high-conflict matters, equitable distribution involving complex assets and business interests, support issues, parenting and relocation disputes, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modification and enforcement, and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Civil Mediation

Matters include contract and business disputes, partnership and shareholder issues, real property and landlord or tenant matters, probate and trust-related disputes, professional services and fee disputes, insurance and construction-related matters, and other complex civil disputes appropriate for attorney-represented mediation.

Appellate Mediation

Matters include family law and civil appeals, complex or multi-party appeals, cross-appeals, interlocutory appeals of nonfinal orders, extraordinary writs, settlement discussions pending appeal, and post-remand mediation.
