Mediation services are provided exclusively for attorney-represented clients. No attorney-client relationship is formed through this Site or otherwise.

Submission of intake forms or scheduling requests do not guarantee acceptance of a mediation matter. All matters are subject to conflict clearance, engagement, availability, and our discretion.
